34 years of Aerospace and Defense experience in customer-facing roles with the goal of partnering with them to ensure their success. Advising on key aspects of the business. 

Cheri has held a variety of positions in Program Management and Business Development at organizations such as BAE, RadiantBlue, Alion, General Dynamics, Oracle, and Microsoft, all centered on ensuring the success of the DoD and Intelligence Community. She also implemented the Saffron Cognitive AI Solution in support of DoD requirements and Intel Corporation. Prior to retirement, she led CREED Strategies, LLC, whose goal is to bring national defense community domain expertise to bear for small defense contractors to help them shape customer requirements, and cost-effectively prepare for proposal responses with proven approaches. Cheri is a champion of sensor data analysis to inform decision-making, OSINT and AI, which are well-aligned with OBE's future product development efforts.
